Do you work with all types of weddings?
Absolutely! We plan traditional, modern, cultural, destination, LGBTQ+, micro-weddings, and elopements. Your love story is unique, and we’re here to celebrate it your way!
How far in advance do we need to book?
We recommend booking at least 9–12 months in advance for full planning services. However, we can also accommodate shorter timelines depending on availability.
Do you travel for destination weddings?
Yes! We love planning destination weddings and are happy to travel nationally or internationally.

Travel and accommodation fees may apply.

How do payments work?

A deposit is required to secure your date, and the remaining balance needs to be paid at least 4 weeks prior to the wedding date.

What is the difference between a venue coordinator and a wedding planner?

A venue coordinator works for the venue and focuses on the logistics related to that specific location—like catering, staffing and stock. Their main responsibility is ensuring the venue runs smoothly on your day.

A wedding planner, on the other hand, works for you. We manage every aspect of your wedding: supplier communication, timelines, décor, logistics, budget, and more. We are with you from planning to execution, making sure every detail—venue and beyond—is covered.

Think of the venue coordinator as managing the "where," and your wedding planner as managing the "who, what, when, where, and how."

How many weddings do I take on a year?

Since I personally plan and manage every wedding, I limit my bookings to around 10 to 15 full wedding packages per year. This ensures each couple receives my full focus, creativity, and care throughout the planning process. On the wedding day, I may bring in trusted assistants to help execute everything smoothly, but I remain your main point of contact from start to finish.
