Booking Terms & Conditions
1. Booking and Deposit
To secure your chosen wedding planning package, a non-refundable deposit of £500 is required at the time of booking. This deposit confirms your event date and our services and will be deducted from your total package cost.

2. Payment Schedule
A payment plan will be outlined upon booking. The total balance must be paid in full no later than 4 weeks (28 days) before the event date. Failure to make full payment by this deadline may result in the cancellation of our services, and the deposit will be forfeited.
Payment can be made via bank transfer or any other method agreed upon in writing.

3. Cancellation Policy
Client Cancellation:

If you choose to cancel our services after the deposit has been paid, the following terms apply:

The £500 deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.

Cancellations made more than 8 weeks before the event date: 25% of the total package cost will be retained (inclusive of the deposit).

Cancellations made 4 to 8 weeks before the event: 50% of the total package cost is payable.

Cancellations made less than 4 weeks before the event:

100% of the package cost is payable.

Planner Cancellation:

In the extremely unlikely event that Leah the Wedding Planner is unable to deliver the agreed services due to unforeseen circumstances (such as illness, emergency, or events beyond our control), we will:

Provide a full refund of all payments made, including the deposit

Make every reasonable effort to recommend an alternative planner or supplier to take over the services

4. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide all necessary information and decisions in a timely manner to allow Leah the Wedding Planner to fulfil its duties. The client also agrees to maintain respectful communication throughout the planning process.

5. Liability
Leah the Wedding Planner will take all reasonable steps to ensure the smooth execution of the event, but cannot be held liable for any third-party failures, acts of nature, or unforeseen circumstances that may impact the event.

6. Changes and Amendments
Any changes to the event scope, services, or timeline must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties. Additional services may incur extra charges.

7. Rescheduling
If the client wishes to reschedule, this must be done in writing. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Deposit is non-refundable if the new date is not available.

8. Use of Wedding Imagery
Unless otherwise agreed, Leah the Wedding Planner reserves the right to use professional photographs from the event for marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media, website, and print materials. Credits to the photographer will be provided when applicable.

By paying the deposit and signing the contract, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
